Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project & Program Manager to lead the delivery of multiple related projects aligned to a specific business or functional strategy. This role requires strong stakeholder management, planning expertise, risk management, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a remote environment.


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously
  • Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, and business case development
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience with risk, issue, and resource management
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, cross-functional environment
  • Experience mentoring or leading project teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large-scale, high-visibility programs
  • Background working with cross-regional or multi-site teams
  • Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies and tools
