Were looking for an Account Manager to join our team and help local businesses succeed. In this role, youll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial loans and deposits, supporting business members. With your financial expertise, youll structure credit solutions, assess risk, and provide proactive advice to help members achieve their goals.</p><p><br /></p><p>What Youll Do:</p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with business members.</li><li>Assess credit needs, structure financing, and manage loan portfolios.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Monitor risk, ensure compliance, and manage credit reviews and renewals.</li><li>Actively engage in business development and community initiatives.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What You Bring:</p><ul><li>Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent combination of training and experience).</li><li>Demonstrated success in business lending, relationship management, and financial services.</li><li>Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements and assess risk.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex information clearly.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.</li><li>Bilingualism (French/English) considered an asset.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>We believe in taking care of our people so they can take care of our members.
