<p><p><b>Accountant (3 months temp to perm)</b></p></p> <p>Employment Type</p> <p>Contract</p> <p>Location</p> <p>Oakville, Ontario</p> Apply SHARE THIS JOB <br /> <p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p></p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><li>Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Process payroll accurately and on time</li><li>Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close activities</li><li>Work within an ERP system to ensure accurate data entry and reporting</li><li>Assist with reconciliations, reports, and ad hoc accounting tasks as required</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <p><b>Qualifications & Requirements</b></p><li>Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and invoicing</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP systems and accounting processes</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities</li> <p><b>Preferred / Assets</b></p><li>Experience using <b>Payworks</b> (considered a strong asset)</li><li>Prior experience in a small to mid-sized business environment</li> ApplyCreate Your Resume First
