We pride ourselves on promoting talent when we see it, and work with each professional to define what success means for them.</p><p><br /></p><p>Your role:</p><ul><li>Proactively communicate with customers to follow up and collect outstanding accounts receivable</li><li>Reconcile and maintain accurate customer account records</li><li>Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices</li><li>Oversee and administer accounts payable process</li><li>Provide support to the Finance team as necessary</li><li>Manage and reconcile bank accounts and credit cards</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>What you bring to the table:</p><ul><li>2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Bilingualism in French/English is an asset<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Whats in it for you?</p><ul><li>Competitive compensation and rewards</li><li>Work life balance</li><li>Ability to contribute along with your firm to the greater community</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Where youll work:</p><p>We are currently hiring for our office in Sudbury.</p><p><br /></p><p>Job type:</p><p>Permanent, Full-time</p><p><br /></p><p>Your schedule:</p><p>Monday to Friday</p><p><br /></p><p>Salary Range:</p><p>Will be communicated at a later stage in the hiring process.</p><p><br /></p><p>When you join Baker Tilly, you become part of something biggeran ambitious, forward-thinking company that puts people first.
