Job Description

Work Model: 100% remote

Contract Type: B2B (220 - 250 PLN/h + VAT)

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Architect to lead the design, optimization, and security of our Active Directory environment. This fully remote role involves working in a mixed Agile/Waterfall setting and requires deep expertise in Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Organizational Unit (OU) design, and AD security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for effective policy enforcement.


• Audit and restructure Organizational Unit (OU) hierarchies to improve manageability and delegation.


• Identify and mitigate Active Directory security vulnerabilities in line with industry standards.


• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and clean‑up tasks.

Expectations

• Minimum 4-5 years of hands‑on experience with Active Directory architecture and administration in enterprise environments.


• Proven expertise in GPO design, troubleshooting, and management.


• Strong knowledge of AD security risks and mitigation techniques.


• Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and maintenance.
