<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Join to apply for the Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time) role at American Eagle Outfitters Inc.</p><p>Your role: As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates; plus, you ensure the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, you are passionate about visual standards, and you love working with your team to #getthejobdone. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.</li><li>Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards (uppers, bustforms, tables, wardrobe units).</li><li>Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment; identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.</li><li>Support the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure the team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment.</li><li>Champion a guest-focused culture, celebrate wins, and maintain a safe environment; uphold store safety standards and shrink-reducing practices in line with AEO policies.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>You love AE and Aerie products; strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management.</li><li>Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends).</li><li>Strong retail merchandising and visual skills; prior retail experience with demonstrated practicality.</li></ul><h3>About Us</h3><p>Aerie is a fast-growing lifestyle brand offering intimates, apparel, activewear, and swim.
