Spot patterns and help improve long-term system performance.</li><li>Execute Daily Ops</li><li>Triage tasks from our internal dashboards and Slack workflows. Upload verified data, track status updates, and resolve connection issues quickly and cleanly.</li><li>Communicate & Escalate Smartly</li><li>Use judgment to flag bugs, update teammates, and drive resolution without friction. Stay clear, concise, and focused.</li><li>Work Cross-Functionally</li><li>Partner with support, engineering, and product when needed.
