You will provide expert support on aircraft leases, returns, deliveries, and transitions, including audits, reserve claims, and customer technical inquiries.</p><p></p><ul><li><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br />Maintenance Oversight: Provide technical and financial supervision of maintenance projects at MRO facilities (internal and external).</li><li>Work Scope Approval: Validate and approve scopes of work for component overhaul or exchange.</li><li>Lease Preparation: Collaborate on developing work-scopes for aircraft return-to-service and lease delivery requirements (with records audit).</li><li>Technical Leasing Support: Offer technical expertise for managing leased aircraft, including contractual decisions for returns, deliveries, repossessions, and purchases.</li><li>Cost Input: Provide estimations for costs related to lease return and lease delivery scope of work.</li><li>Customer Liaison: Coordinate with customers on the technical and contractual aspects of leased aircraft.</li><li>Reserve Claims: Evaluate and approve work eligible for maintenance reserve claims.</li><li>Advisory Services: Provide technical advice supporting aircraft leasing, purchasing, and sales transactions.</li><li>Auditing: Conduct on-site technical audits at Lessee facilities.</li><li>Regulatory Liaison: Interface with requisite regulatory authorities as required.</li><li>Transition Assistance: Assist the marketing and operations departments during aircraft transitions.</li></ul><p><strong>Professional Qualifications & Experience</strong><br />To be considered for this high-impact role, candidates must demonstrate the following:</p><ul><li>Certification: Must hold a valid AME M2 or AME-E license, demonstrating proven experience on Dash 8 (all variants), CRJ (all variants), or 737 (Classic and Next Generation) aircraft.</li><li>Senior Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional background in a senior or lead maintenance capacity.</li><li>Management History: Prior work history in a comparable aviation maintenance management position.</li><li>Acquisition Knowledge: Comprehensive grasp of aircraft acquisition procedures and the regulations surrounding import/export activities.</li><li>Records Compliance: Excellent understanding of the regulatory framework for aircraft record-keeping and documentation.</li><li>Work Style: Must be resourceful, handle competing priorities effectively through multi-tasking, and integrate smoothly into an international, multi-cultural setting.</li><li>Detail Orientation: Displays exceptional precision and thoroughness in all work.</li><li>Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of maintenance tracking software (such as CAMP, Traxxall) and Microsoft Office programs.</li><li>Travel: Must have the ability to travel when required.</li></ul><p><br />If you are looking for an opportunity to leverage your deep technical expertise into a high-level strategic and financial role, this is your chance.
