Job Description
<ul><li>Total experience of 7+ years in software development working on software development projects including hands on experience on requirement, design, coding & unit testing involving development languages Type Script/ Python</li><li>Minimum 3 + years of experience in Amazon Connect working as contact center lead/developer</li><li>Hands-on experience working on the design, development, deployment and migration of contact center solutions at scale.</li><li>Hands-on experience on Configuring and managing Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles in Amazon Connect and including complex integrations with Amazon Lex, Lambda</li><li>Knowledge of Dynamo DB, AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail</li><li>Good understanding of Amazon IAM concepts, ability to configure and troubleshoot Amazon Connect Contact Flows, CCP issues etc</li><li>Ability to write high quality technical design documents, lead review sessions with customer to obtain approval, collaborate effectively with internal/external stakeholders on technical items, trouble</li><li>shoot issues and resolve in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Experience of working on projects in Agile Methodology</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
