<p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>We’re looking for experienced <b>AS400 iSeries Software Engineers</b> to join our team and help deliver high-quality enterprise software solutions across a mix of legacy and modern applications — hosted both <b>on-premise and in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)</b>.</p><p>You’ll work hands-on across <b>application development, maintenance, and support</b>, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance systems that drive our business operations.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain scalable, resilient enterprise application solutions.</li><li>Lead design and implementation of technical solutions to meet business goals.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Software Engineers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.</li><li>Write and review high-quality, test-driven code.</li><li>Support and enhance existing applications while contributing to new distributed systems development.</li><li>Promote best practices including code reviews, secure coding, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><p>✅ <b>5+ years of IT experience</b>, ideally in enterprise systems development.</p><p>✅ Strong experience with <b>AS400 – RPG, CL, DB2, ILE, and SQL</b>.</p><p>✅ Solid knowledge of <b>relational and NoSQL databases</b> (MongoDB, Aurora).</p><p>✅ Experience with <b>test-driven development (TDD)</b> and version control systems.</p><p>✅ Familiarity with frameworks and open-source tools.</p><p>✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p><p>✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</p><p> Experience in a <b>distribution or supply chain</b> environment is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Soft Skills</b></p><ul><li>Innovative thinker who can troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.</li><li>Excellent communicator — both written and verbal — with strong customer service orientation.</li><li>Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.</li><li>Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you’re passionate about building robust business systems and ready to bring your <b>AS400 expertise</b> into a dynamic, cloud-forward environment — we’d love to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p> <b>Apply now</b> and be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.</p><p></p>
