We transfer the warmth needed to make life work.</p><p></p>Overview<p>The Assembler is responsible for assembling Cata-Dyne heaters, as well as conduct other sub-assembly duties including but not limited to Flo-DRI Assembly and Enclosure Assembly.</p>Key Responsibilities<p>· Assemble heaters and components according to work orders. </p><p>· Perform sub-assembly, including Enclosure Assembly.</p><p>· Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment. </p><p>· Work in a team environment and manage all products with appropriate care</p><p></p><p></p>Skills and Competencies<p>· High regard for safety practices. </p><p>· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>· Able to work effectively with minimal direct supervision and self-motivated</p><p>. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. </p><p>· Effective organizational and prioritization skills. </p><p>· Good listening skills and ability to follow directions. </p><p>· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). </p><p>· Quick learner with the ability to learn intermediate technical concepts and product applications. </p><p>· Comfortable working in a high-volume, results-driven environment. </p>Qualifications and Experience<p>· High school diploma or equivalent. </p><p>· Experience using hand tools, power tools, and air tools. </p><p>· Good hand-eye coordination. </p><p>· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </p><p>· Familiarity with standard manufacturing processes. </p><p>· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p></p></p></p>
