<li>Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager</li>

<li>Effective coach who has the ability to improve the performance of other team members and create a supportive, motivated culture within the store</li>
<li>A desire to provide an outstanding experience for both customers and team members</li>
<li>Supporting the visions and goals of the business</li>
