<h3>What You'll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support customer claims from start to finish: arrange towing, set up appraisals and explain coverage under the policy terms.</li>
<li>Gather, organize and verify required information and documentation from all available sources.</li>
<li>Reconcile estimates from preferred vendors to ensure appropriate settlements for damage.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive file count and open/close ratio to contribute to team productivity.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors such as Enterprise and repair shops.</li>
<li>Research coverage scenarios and apply knowledge to claim files.</li>
<li>Provide clear claims processing requirements to customers and deliver timely updates.</li>
<li>Contribute to a positive work environment and participate as a team member.</li>
<li>Actively support process improvements.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>One or more years of claims adjusting experience is preferred; applicants without specific claims experience are also invited to apply.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills, dedicated to meeting or exceeding client expectations.</li>
<li>Superior time‑management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.</li>
<li>Proven ability to negotiate positive outcomes when reasonably possible.</li>
<li>Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills; active listening.</li>
<li>Strong investigative skills and ability to identify discrepancies or gaps in data.</li>
<li>Support for company process improvements.</li>
<li>Active pursuit of Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or other relevant continuing education preferred.</li>
<li>Provincial claims licensing may be required.</li>
</ul>
