About the Role
As part of our growing team, you will be the go-to expert for customers looking to upgrade, personalize, and enhance their vehicles. You'll provide knowledgeable recommendations, guide customers through product options, and support our shop team in turning ideas into reality.<br><br>
What You'll Do:<ul><li>Engage customers in-store and online to understand their vision and recommend the right wheels, accessories, and upgrades.</li><li>Provide product expertise in aftermarket brands, fitment, design trends, suspension considerations, and performance parts.</li><li>Build quotes, process sales, and follow up to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate with our technical team to ensure compatibility and accurate installation details.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized showroom with the latest products and displays.</li><li>Support inventory management and supplier communication.</li></ul>
