<p>Avocat.e sociétaire junior, Litige commercial - Junior Associate Lawyer, Commercial Litigation - MTL</p><p>BJRC Recruiting Montréal, Québec, Canada (Hybride)</p><p><br></p><p><b>Notre client</b></p><p>Est un cabinet montréalais en forte croissance, reconnu pour la qualité et l'intensité de sa pratique en litige civil et commercial.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsabilités</b></p><ul><li>Travailler sur des dossiers variés en litige civil et commercial.</li><li>Rédiger procédures, requêtes, recherches juridiques et mémos stratégiques.</li><li>Comparaitre devant les tribunaux pour des audiences procédurales, requêtes, motions et audiences.</li><li>Participer à la préparation de procès et à la stratégie de litige.</li><li>Travailler en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs avocats seniors et intermédiaires.</li><li>Gagner rapidement en responsabilités et en autonomie selon la performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Détails du poste</b></p><ul><li>Poste permanent basé à Montréal (mode hybride).</li><li>Environnement entrepreneurial, exigeant et dynamique.</li><li>Forte exposition pratique dès le début de la pratique.</li><li>Encadrement direct par des avocats d'expérience.</li><li>Excellente plateforme pour bâtir une carrière à long terme en litige.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Exigences</b></p><ul><li>Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.</li><li>1 à 3 ans d'expérience en litige civil et/ou commercial.</li><li>Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de rédaction et de jugement.</li><li>À l'aise dans un environnement à rythme élevé et à haut niveau d'exigence.</li><li>Intérêt marqué pour la plaidoirie et le travail devant les tribunaux.</li><li>Bilinguisme (français / anglais).</li></ul><p><br></p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><b>Our Client</b></p><p>Is a Montréal-based law firm experiencing strong growth, recognized for the quality and intensity of its civil and commercial litigation practice.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Work on a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters.</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, legal research memoranda, and strategic briefs.</li><li>Appear before the courts for procedural hearings, motions, and hearings on the merits.</li><li>Participate in trial preparation and overall litigation strategy.</li><li>Work closely with multiple senior and mid-level lawyers.</li><li>Quickly gain responsibility and autonomy based on performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Position Details</b></p><ul><li>Permanent position based in Montréal (hybrid work model).</li><li>Entrepreneurial, demanding, and dynamic work environment.</li><li>Significant hands-on exposure from the outset of the role.</li><li>Direct mentorship from experienced litigators.</li><li>Strong platform for building a long-term career in litigation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Member in good standing of the Québec Bar.</li><li>1 to 3 years of experience in civil and/or commercial litigation.</li><li>Excellent analytical, drafting, and judgment skills.</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.</li><li>Strong interest in advocacy and court-facing work.</li><li>Bilingual (French / English).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>REF</b></p>
