<h3>The opportunity</h3>

<p>We are seeking a self-driven Cloud Architect to plan and design technology solutions for client engagements.</p>

<h3>Your Key Responsibilities</h3>

<p>You will enable, drive, and lead initiatives focusing on establishing and embedding cloud architecture & design governance across the organization. Key functions include:</p>

<ul>

<li>Lead initiatives for setting up cloud architecture & technology strategies, standards, governance, and best practices for the organization.</li>

<li>Identify the right set of cloud technologies for specific solutions and drive efforts to templatize and automate these technologies for scale.</li>

<li>Architect & design solutions for cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) that are optimal, secure, scalable, resilient, reliable, and compliant with EY standards.</li>

<li>Design strategies and tools to deploy, monitor, and manage cloud applications and services.</li>

<li>Implement DevSecOps processes and CI/CD pipelines using tools like VSTS, Jira, Ansible, Jenkins, Chef.</li>

<li>Build quick POCs and explore new technology solutions through coding.</li>

</ul>

<h3>Skills And Attributes For Success</h3>

<ul>

<li>Deep understanding of cloud computing, data technologies, and deployment options, preferably in Microsoft Azure and AWS.</li>

<li>Experience in defining, designing, and developing distributed, scalable products and services, including microservices on multi-cloud/hybrid environments.</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of application, infrastructure, and security architecture, including non-functional aspects like performance and reliability.</li>

<li>Experience with IAAS and PAAS, with a good understanding of Azure services and workload suitability.</li>

<li>Strategic business acumen and ability to align information systems with organizational strategy.</li>

<li>Expertise in DevOps, Agile, containers, CI/CD, and related tools.</li>



<li>Experience with software development lifecycle, including coding standards, source control, testing, and deployment.</li>

<li>Proficiency in development platforms such as .NET (C#), Java, or JavaScript.</li>

<li>Familiarity with front-end technologies (React/Angular), REST/Webservices, SQL, XML, JSON, Linux, ELK, Splunk, Solr, GIT, Maven, Jenkins.</li>

<li>Knowledge of Data Ingestion, Analytics, AI technologies is a plus.</li>

</ul>

<h3>To Qualify for the role, you must have</h3>

<ul>

<li>3-5 years of deep technology experience in large enterprises or web-scale product companies.</li>

<li>Experience in architecture, design, and support of highly distributed cloud applications.</li>

<li>Consulting experience is advantageous.</li>

<li>Ability to present ideas and technical papers effectively.</li>

<li>Certifications in Microsoft Azure and other cloud providers like AWS and Google Cloud.</li>
