<p><b>Job Title:</b> Bilingual Customer Service Representative</p><p><b>Location:</b> North York, ON M2J 4P8</p><p><b>Pay Rate: </b>$20/hr.</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>Reliance is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as <b>Bilingual</b> <b>Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)</b>. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and support clients with their needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Training Schedule</b></p><ul><li>Duration: 6 weeks</li><li>Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (mandatory in-person training)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Work Schedule (Post-Training)</b></p><p>Two-week rotational shifts:</p><ul><li><b>Week 1:</b> Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM</li><li><b>Week 2:</b> Four weekdays, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM + Saturday shift (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM; may vary 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Additional Notes:</b></p><ul><li>Saturday shifts will always be <b>Work from Home</b></li><li>Hybrid option available after probation, based on performance (4 days in-office, 1 days wfh)</li><li>Day shift opportunities may be offered based on performance after the first quarter</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding services and products</li><li>Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems</li><li>Meet performance metrics and contribute to a positive team environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Previous customer service experience (call center or retail) preferred</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English AND Cantonese/ Mandarin (MUST)</li><li>Ability to work rotational shifts, including evenings and Saturdays</li><li>Reliable internet connection for remote work</li><li>Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities</li><li>Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service</li></ul><p></p>
