Job Description

<p><h3>Must Have Skills</h3><ul><li>10+ yrs of Demonstrated IM/IT experience</li><li>5+ yrs of<span> Business analysis experience in project using the Agile methodology.</span></li><li>5+ yrs of Senior Business System Analyst experience including requirements analysis, design activities, testing and training.</li><li>A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken competence in English is required</li><li>Experience in business analysis of social services or case and care management.</li><li>Experience coordinating, facilitating, conducting working sessions for requirements gathering.</li><li>Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements both functional and non-functional.</li><li>Experience analyzing functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.</li><li>Experience defining and documenting technical requirements for internal and external applications.</li><li>Experience creating test cases, requirements traceability documentation, defining test data requirements, and executing test cases.</li><li>Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as IIBA/Safe Agile etc</li><li>Experience working with Jira, Confluence, DevOps and Agile methodology</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in French verbally and in writing.</li><li>Demonstrate capabilities using examples from previous work experience: verbal and writing and/or verbal but not writing.</li></ul></p>
