We are looking for a full cycle bookkeeper /accountant. We are a fast growing company and we need your help.</p><p></p><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Perform full cycle accounting duties for a home service company</li><li>Must be a savant with Quickbooks.</li><li>Verify time sheets and prepare payroll and bonus plan</li><li>Reconcile all documents needed to check and batch customer invoices.</li><li>Process / Coding, Data entry of AP Invoices and matching of monthly AP statements.</li><li>Process credit card payments through credit card processor as well as batch out daily transactions.</li><li>Monitor AR reports and retrieve AR aging accounts to review upcoming payments and to prevent overdue accounts.</li><li>AR calling on outstanding customer invoices.</li><li>Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators.</li><li>Manage HR, AR/AP, payroll, cash management and all related accounting procedures.</li><li>Provide accurate, on-time income statements to owner.</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies for tax planning, preparation and reporting.</li><li>Ensure that Provincial and federal income tax reporting is accurate and current.</li><li>Shape company culture by carrying out agreed upon values, specifically ethics and integrity.</li><li>Send required clients to Collections Company.</li><li></li></ul><p><strong>Experience and Qualifications</strong><br /></p><p></p><p>At least 5 years of bookkeeping / Quickbooks experience.
