<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>T&T Interior Systems is hiring a Bookkeeper to oversee full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, government remittances, and construction job-costing activities. You will maintain accurate financial records, work with QuickBooks Online, and contribute to efficient financial operations.</p><p> </p><p>What You’ll Do<br />• Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping <br />• Manage AR, AP, payroll, and reimbursements <br />• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations <br />• Prepare HST, WSIB, and required filings <br />• Produce monthly financial statements (P&L, cash flow, job costing) <br />• Support budgeting and forecasting <br />• Maintain organized digital financial records <br />• Streamline workflows using AI tools</p><p>• Support construction accounting workflows</p><p><br />Requirements:<br />• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting <br />• 5+ years bookkeeping experience <br />• Proficiency in <strong>QuickBooks Online  </strong><br />• Strong <strong>Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook</strong> skills <br />• Excellent <strong>written and verbal English</strong> </p><p>· Comfortable working with <strong>AI tools</strong> to streamline processes</p><p>• Strong organization and attention to detail </p><p>· Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines</p><p>· Experience with construction accounting (asset) </p><p>· Experience with Procore (asset)<br><br>Education:</p><p>· Secondary School Diploma(required)</p><p>Accounting Program Diploma and/or certificate (Required)<br /> </p></p>Company Description<p>T&T Interior Systems is a growing construction company in the GTA with a proven background of successful project activities.
