<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>The person\'s main mandate will be to manage the branch and its employees as well as to establish and implement the corporate development action plan.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan, direct, recruit employees, train them and evaluate the branch\'s sales and service activities to ensure objectives are achieved;</li><li>Supervise the daily activities of his team with a view to improving performance, profitability and efficiency;</li><li>Achieve annual objectives through a short, medium and long-term action plan;</li><li>Act as a leader by implementing a culture of continuous improvement and positively leading change management;</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction is a priority for his entire team;</li><li>Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships;</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor\'s degree in administration, marketing or experience in Leading a sales team;</li><li>Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar position;</li><li>Experience and knowledge in the industrial field.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English;</li></ul><h3>Desirable Skills</h3><ul><li>Very strong management skills;</li><li>Strategic vision;</li><li>Strong ability to achieve sales, growth, and profitability objectives.</li></ul><p><b>Work location :</b> Ville St-Laurent</p></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
