Job Description
RE/MAX Millennium and our sister mortgage brokerage are seeking a dynamic Presentation Manager to join our team, with the ability to commute between our four locations: Brampton, Vaughan, Oakville & Markham. This role is ideal for someone with real estate experience, strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to engage and recruit agents. You will be the face of the brokerage, delivering compelling presentations to agents, educating them on our offerings, and supporting our growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct presentations and workshops for real estate agents to showcase our brokerage offerings
- Actively participate in agent recruitment and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop presentation content and sales materials
- Support both real estate and mortgage brokerage initiatives in agent engagement
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective agents, addressing queries and onboarding requirements
- Track and report presentation outcomes and recruitment metrics to management
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales, recruitment, or agent engagement
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver persuasive pitches and conduct workshops
- Comfortable traveling or visiting agents as required
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Knowledge of real estate brokerage operations and mortgage products is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
