They are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development and Account Manager to join their Toronto team.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Drive business development and manage key accounts within the architectural walls division.</li><li>Leverage a strong network of architects, designers, and end users to grow and maintain client relationships.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.</li><li>Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.</li><li>Participate in industry events, networking, and marketing activities to increase brand visibility.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the architectural walls sector.</li><li>Strong network of connections within the architecture and design community, particularly in Toronto.</li><li>Experience working with furniture dealerships is an asset.</li><li>Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A team player with a focus on long-term growth and strong relationship-building capabilities.</li></ul><strong>What We Offer:</strong><br /><ul><li>Competitive base salary.</li><li>Car allowance and additional perks.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Opportunities for career development and growth within a tight-knit team.</li></ul></p></p>
