<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are currently looking for a <strong>Business Development Manager</strong> to join our client, a leading cold chain packaging solutions company!</p><p></p><p>Compensation: 80-100k base salary + commission</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities in target industries and markets</li><li>Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, research, and outreach</li><li>Develop tailored proposals and solutions that address customer challenges and align with product offerings</li><li>Manage acquired accounts and build long-term relationships</li><li>Work with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives</li><li>Provide market feedback to support product development, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs</li><li>Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands</li><li>Understand the regulatory and logistical complexities of temperature-controlled packaging and cold chain solutions</li><li>Educate clients on product offerings, demonstrating value and competitive advantages</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools</li><li>Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights</li><li>All other related tasks</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements </strong></p><ul><li>At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within relevant industries (e.g., cold chain logistics, packaging, life sciences)</li><li>Proven track record of successful business development in industries such as packaging supplies for <span >pharmaceutical/laboratory</span> companies, pharmaceutical 3PL sales, and meal kit companies</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop tailored client solutions</li><li>Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings, industry events, and sales activities</li></ul><p>Apply today!</p><p><br /></p><p> #ONDT</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
