The successful candidate would be responsible for developing, servicing, and growing a title insurance sales territory. With a focus on building strong client relationships and achieving outstanding sales results, the role offers excellent growth potential and career advancement opportunities.<br><br><strong>Offering:</strong><br /><ul><li>Salary range $80000-85000</li><li>4 weeks vacation</li><li>Paid travel expenses</li><li>Comprehensive Benefits (Medical and Dental)</li><li>Pension</li></ul><br /><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br /><ul><li>Prospect new subscribers by way of law firm visits, networking, industry events and client</li><li>Strengthen and maintain existing subscriber relationships through regular visits and provide ongoing support, service and training as needed, exceeding our customers' service expectations.</li><li>Foster customer loyalty, retention and</li><li>Exceed sales objectives and targets within an assigned</li><li>Be customer focused, providing support, guidance and problem resolution when</li><li>Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive market, identify opportunities and challenges and align sales strategies accordingly.</li><li>Effectively plan and manage time to uncover and/or maximize key sales</li><li>Coordinate and conduct training on products</li><li>Provide support to the broader business development team as</li><li>Continue to grow and develop sales and industry knowledge by participating in training and learning</li><li>Ensure all customer interactions including appointments, sales calls and opportunities are tracked in the appropriate activity logs and CRM software.</li></ul><strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</strong><br /><ul><li>Knowledge of residential conveyancing, the procedures and workflow of a real estate law practice and title insurance</li><li>Knowledge of Mortgage Lending, Banking an asset</li><li>Have a post-secondary degree/diploma</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience in: <ul><li>business development role, mortgage lending, title insurance or real estate legal industry, with a proven history of exceeding sales targets </li><li>Consultative Territory Sales Management</li></ul></li><li>Ability to develop and optimize a sales pipeline</li><li>Possess strong customer service skills that include building rapport, identifying needs and problems and providing appropriate solutions</li><li>Excellent presentation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li><li>Be a team focused individual who is driven, service oriented, takes initiative and possesses strong communication skills</li><li>Have a high degree of computer literacy</li><li>A valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle are required</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the territory of Kitchener-Waterloo-Guelph-Cambridge and London, Ontario. </li></ul></p></p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
