Job Description

Chief Product Officer

Not a PM who makes decks. Not a \"product leader\" who runs standups. A builder who sees the whole board.

About Cove

Cove is a prompt-to-product platform. Credit unions, real estate boards, and trade associations describe the fintech product they want - underwriting, credit builders, embedded lending. Cove's fintech focused coding agents build it. They go live in minutes, increasing ARPU w/ no up front cost overnight.

We're not building another financial services company. We're building the infrastructure that turns every company into one.

What we're looking for

  • Own the product. Not the roadmap - the actual thing customers pay for.
  • LOTS of revenue product experiments.
  • Talk to customers all day, sketch solutions overnight, ship v1s the same week. Repeat.
  • Kill features faster than you build them. Most ideas are bad. You figure out which ones aren't.
  • Build the thing yourself. You prototype, you use AI to move fast, you don't wait for a team to \"resource\" your ideas. You need to be very scrappy.
  • See the business model inside the product. Pricing, packaging, expansion loops - that's product, not \"strategy.\"
  • Make decisions. No PRD's. Not decks. Not alignment docs. Decisions.
  • Own outcomes. When it works, you ship more. When it doesn't, you fix it or kill it :)

Comp

Competitive cash + meaningful equity. We're early. This is a swing.

How to apply

Don't send me your resume. Send me a product you shipped, a feature you killed, or a decision you made that mattered - and why.
