<p><strong>Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Fintech Toronto (Hybrid / In-Office)</strong></p><p><strong>Salary - 350-450K CAD + Equity</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech organisation entering its next phase of scale and transformation. With strong product-market fit and major investment in innovation, we're now seeking a <strong>visionary Chief Technology Officer</strong> to lead the evolution of our engineering organisation and shape the company's future.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>As CTO, you will own the end-to-end technology strategy and play a critical role in accelerating growth. You'll drive engineering excellence, elevate product delivery, and build a forward-thinking, AI-empowered technical organisation.
