Job Description

<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Application Support (L2) for Store Ops </strong>to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4<strong> -6 years of hands-on experience</strong> in Application support in GCP Cloud environment with the technology skills mentioned below.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>L2 support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of application.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with local business and IT stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate and work closely with the offshore team based in India to ensure seamless project execution.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Angular, Java Springboot MS, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, IWS/Cronjobs,S hell scripting, SQL, Python, GCP, Google AI Gemini, CRS, Search, Telemetric (Image Capture)</li><li>Experience in working with Service Now and JIRA tools</li><li>Certification in any of these areas <strong>Shell scripting, SQL, Python</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Good to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in working in Retail domain</li><li>ITIL Certification.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Collaboration:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with local businesses, IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless operation of all integrated applications with Salesforce.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across global teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Academic Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT, or equivalent education and experience required.</li></ul><p></p>
