Norsteel Buildings is a leader in pre-engineered steel building solutions across Canada. Were growing our tech-driven processes and looking for a motivated student to join us as a CRM & Automation Co-op Intern. This role is ideal for someone interested in CRM systems, automation tools, and business process optimization.
What Youll Do- Build and automate workflows using tools like Zapier or Power Automate
- Create dashboards and reports within CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Integrate phone systems (Aircall, RingCentral, etc.) with CRM
- Assist with connecting QuickBooks and CRM for data sync and workflow improvements
- Write clear documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support teams by identifying inefficiencies and proposing automation solutions
- Currently enrolled in a program in Business Technology, IT, Analytics, or Operations
- Strong interest in CRM platforms, data, and automation
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized
- Some understanding of phone system integrations (VoIP) is a plus
- Exposure to QuickBooks or accounting software integrations is an asset
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- CRM: Freshsales, Salesforce
- Automation: Zapier, Power Automate
- Reporting: Google Looker Studio, Power BI
- Phone Systems: Aircall, RingCentral, JustCall
- Accounting Integration: QuickBooks via Zapier, HubSpot connector
- Flexible hours full-time or part-time available
