This role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven track record of managing complex site operations. You&#39;ll be the key on-site representative, driving schedule, quality, safety, and collaboration with trades and project teams.</p><hr /><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li><p>Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities from mobilization to completion.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and manage <strong>subcontractors, trades, and labor teams</strong>, ensuring alignment with project timelines and scopes.</p></li><li><p>Oversee and ensure the quality of <strong>all concrete-related work</strong>, including formwork, rebar, pours, and finishing.</p></li><li><p>Monitor progress, maintain <strong>daily site reports</strong>, and communicate with the Project Manager on schedule, logistics, and issues.</p></li><li><p>Conduct daily site meetings and ensure adherence to <strong>health and safety standards</strong> and OHS compliance.</p></li><li><p>Manage site logistics, deliveries, and sequencing to optimize productivity and minimize delays.</p></li><li><p>Interpret <strong>drawings, specifications, and schedules</strong>, ensuring construction adheres to design and code requirements.</p></li><li><p>Resolve on-site issues in real-time and maintain momentum through effective decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Uphold the highest standards of <strong>quality control</strong> through inspections and detailed oversight.</p></li></ul><hr /><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong><ul><li><p><strong>10+ years</strong> of experience as a superintendent or site supervisor in <strong>ICI construction</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated expertise in <strong>concrete construction</strong>, including structural and flatwork.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site coordination.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in reading <strong>construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of <strong>health, safety, and environmental regulations</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>construction management software</strong> (Procore, MS Project, or equivalent) is a strong asset.</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.</p></li></ul></p></p></p>
