<p>Reporting to the AVP Finance, the <b>Controller</b> will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building processes that support growth and efficiency.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<li>Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger management</li>
<li>Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li>
<li>Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards</li>
<li>Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies</li>
<li>Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions</li>
<li>Support ERP or accounting system upgrades and automation initiatives</li>
<li>Mentor and develop a small, high-performing finance team</li> <p>TMGMS</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>CPA designation </li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li>
<li>7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, ideally within a small to mid-sized company</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting</li>
<li>Experience with ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or MS D365)</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> Apply
