About the Role
As a Lawn Mowing Crew Member, youll be responsible for keeping properties looking clean, crisp, and beautiful. Youll operate commercial mowing equipment, trimmers, and blowers, working with a dedicated team that values quality and efficiency.
This is a great role for someone whos reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
What Youll Be Doing
- Perform weekly lawn mowing and trimming on high-end properties
- Operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and effectively
- Maintain clean lines, edging, and turf appearance with attention to detail
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and light maintenance (cleaning, greasing)
- Help with spring/fall cleanup and leaf removal as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of truck, trailer, and equipment
- Follow schedules and route plans for maximum efficiency
- Represent Hutten professionally with courteous client interaction
- Participate in team meetings, safety protocols, and ongoing training
What You Bring
- Experience with lawn mowing equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- A positive attitude and strong work ethicyou show up on time, every time
- The ability to work outdoors in all kinds of weather
- A valid G-class drivers license
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active role
- Bonus: Experience in landscape maintenance or turf care
