If you thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and love helping others, this is your chance to build a rewarding career from the comfort of your home.</p><p><strong>Why join us?</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time, 8-hour shifts with a fixed schedule (up to 40 hours/week).</li><li>Competitive pay: <strong>$20.00/hour + monthly performance bonuses.</strong></li><li><strong>$2.00/hr shift premiums</strong> for all hours worked after 7pm ET.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits plan after only 30 days of employment.</li><li>Opportunity to participate in our RRSP program with company match after 1 year.</li><li>Paid training and time off.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a supportive, inclusive environment.</li><li>No sales required.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be available for full-time work.</li><li>Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability required.</li></ul><p><strong>Here’s what you bring to the team:</strong></p><ul><li>The passion to always put the Card Member’s experience at the forefront of everything you do while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.</li><li>The ability to think outside of the box and go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction.</li><li>Strong internet skills - Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.</li><li>Experience working in a fast paced, structured call center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone and email).</li></ul><p><strong>Work-from-Home Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Private, distraction-free home office with a lockable door.</li><li>MUST have a Smart Phone that can operate the most up to date operating system.</li><li>High-speed hard wired ethernet internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Please note that you cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods/extenders.</li><li>No satellite internet connections.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.</li><li>2 years of customer service experience required.</li><li>1 year of Call Center experience required.</li><li>Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred.</li><li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening.</li></ul><p><em>Aspire Lifestyles is committed to ensuring accessibility for all persons with a disability and to providing excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities.
