<p>Veterinary Receptionist wanted for</p><p>True North Veterinary Eye Care</p><p>True North Veterinary Eye Care is looking to add to its dream team as Manitoba's first full-service Ophthalmology practice. Our vision is to offer state-of-the-art specialty care that will have an impact within Manitoba and beyond. We have ambitious goals, but at our core, we are a patient-centered, family-oriented, independently owned practice. As our big goals extend beyond work, we offer a four-day work week with no weekends. We are based out of our stand-alone facility at 75 Henlow Bay, Winnipeg. To learn more about our practice, please visit our website at </p><p>We are looking for a full-time receptionist (veterinary experience/knowledge an asset but not required) to add to our small but fun and mighty team. We are looking for someone who is a team player with strong communication skills, excels in customer service, can multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment.</p><p>Schedule<br><br>– Starting January 2026 Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs 32-36 hours/week<br><br>– Availability to stay late on an as needed basis<br><br>– No weekend or overnight work</p><p>Compensation<br><br>– Competitive compensation based on experience</p><p>Job duties include but are not limited to:</p><p>· General office support - answering phones and emails, booking appointments</p><p>· Greet clients and patients, taking weights</p><p>· Preparing medical records</p><p>· Taking/processing payments</p><p>· Medication filling / refills</p><p>· Laundry</p><p>· Maintenance and cleaning of rooms and clinic</p><p>We offer benefits (long term disability, group life insurance/extended health insurance), uniform allowance, discounted eye exams, holidays, C.E, team events and much more as our practice continues to grow</p><p>Please send resumes to </p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From $16.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
