<p><b>The Challenge Ahead</b><br/>As a Product Success Manager, you will own a high‑value $1 M+ portfolio of customers across diverse industries. Your mission is to drive engagement, maximize adoption, and secure long‑term success, leading to seamless renewals and expansion opportunities. The role is ideal for a strategic, customer‑focused professional eager to solve technical roadblocks in a fast‑growing AI‑powered B2B SaaS environment.</p>
<p><b>What You'll Work On</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the full customer journey – from onboarding to renewals – ensuring customers extract maximum value from CloudTalk.</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted product expert, guiding clients through best practices and advanced feature adoption in collaboration with Technical Consultants.</li>
<li>Drive revenue expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and advocating higher‑tier plans.</li>
<li>Enhance customer health by monitoring usage, preventing roadblocks, and improving retention through analytics tools such as Velaris.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams, ensuring seamless handoffs, sharing customer insights, and contributing to product innovation.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What Makes You a Great Fit</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Customer‑first mindset, thriving on making customers successful.</li>
<li>Data‑driven and analytical – comfortable with Excel/Sheets, BI dashboards, and customer insights.</li>
<li>Technical aptitude – passion for learning software products inside out and guiding customers in leveraging full potential.</li>
<li>Industry knowledge – experience in B2B SaaS, business calling software, or cloud communication tools.</li>
<li>Proven experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management at a SaaS company.</li>
<li>Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Custify, Planhat, Velaris, or HubSpot is a plus.</li>
<li>Business fluency in English and Spanish.</li>
