<p><b>Job Opportunity: Business Intelligence Developer / Data Integration Specialist</b></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled <b>Business Intelligence Developer / Data Integration Specialist</b> with a strong foundation in <b>data engineering, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise systems integration</b>.</p><p> The ideal candidate will be proficient in <b>ETL development, SQL Server, .NET frameworks, and Dynamics 365</b>, and comfortable working in a collaborative, agile environment.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Design, build, and maintain <b>Business Intelligence (BI)</b> and <b>data integration</b> solutions in an agile development environment.</li><li>Develop <b>ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)</b> processes using <b>Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)</b> for data migration and transformation.</li><li>Create and optimize <b>T-SQL scripts</b>, <b>stored procedures</b>, <b>triggers</b>, <b>views</b>, and <b>user-defined functions</b> for high-performance data solutions.</li><li>Work with <b>Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Finance)</b> or similar ERP/CRM platforms for enterprise data integration.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior management to understand requirements and deliver strategic data-driven solutions.</li><li>Document business and technical specifications, workflows, and architecture diagrams.</li><li>Work with <b>Public Trustee Office</b> systems—trust accounting, finance, case management, disbursements, vendors, and batch processing.</li><li>Develop and maintain <b>.NET (C#)</b> applications leveraging <b>object-oriented programming (OOP)</b> principles.</li><li>Work with <b>Rocket Universe</b> or other <b>MultiValue / Pick / NoSQL databases</b> for multidimensional data handling.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Nice to Have</b></p><ul><li>Strong <b>SQL Server</b> development skills (procedures, indexes, relationships, entity model diagrams).</li><li>Experience implementing <b>DevOps CI/CD pipelines</b>, version control (e.g., <b>Azure DevOps, GitHub</b>), and deployment automation.</li><li>Experience designing and implementing <b>complex IT and data solutions</b> using <b>Microsoft stack</b> technologies.</li><li>Experience in <b>User Acceptance Testing (UAT)</b> within multi-stakeholder or enterprise environments.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>Agile, Scrum, Kanban</b>, or <b>Waterfall</b> methodologies.</li><li>Experience working in <b>public sector</b> or <b>government</b> projects.</li></ul><p></p>
