Now Hiring: Dental Admin / Hygiene Coordinator
Location: Oakville, Ontario | Full-Time: Monday–Friday

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out.
- Update and maintain patient records and charts.
- Process insurance claims and predeterminations, including CDCP, private insurance, estimates, and EDI submissions.
- Handle payments and billing.
- Coordinate treatment plans and recalls.
- Support the clinical team with daily operations.
- Manage phone calls and patient inquiries.
- Ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have prior dental office experience.
- English as first language.
- Proficient in AbelDent.
- Solid dental administrative experience, including scheduling, charting, billing, treatment planning, and recall management.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about creating a positive experience for patients and the team.
