<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Digital Marketing & Talent Coordinator </strong>to join our team at our real estate brokerage. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experienced in managing and optimizing Google and Meta advertising campaigns, driving brand awareness and lead generation through data-backed strategies.</p><p></p><p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Office-based, Markham<br /><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM<br /><strong>Salary:</strong> $40,000 - $45,000 p.a.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, and Meta. </li><li>Manage paid media budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness. </li><li>Coordinate with creative teams to develop visuals, videos, and ad copy for marketing initiatives. </li><li>Create, edit, and publish engaging digital content, including posts, stories, videos, newsletters, and reels. </li><li>Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and prepare regular reports. </li><li>Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights to track and measure results. </li><li>Support recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. </li><li>Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers. </li><li>Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing welcome materials and documentation. </li><li>Create and manage digital content that highlights employee stories, achievements, and company events. </li><li>Post and manage job listings across job boards.</li><li>Maintain HR databases and digital records related to recruitment and employee information. </li><li>Coordinate with external recruiters, agencies, and vendors when required. </li><li>Collaborate with marketing, HR, and operations teams to align talent acquisition with company brand initiatives.</li><li>Support the execution of community events, sponsorships, and open houses as part of brand and recruitment marketing efforts. </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>1-3 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, stripo, Google Adwords</li><li>Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook).</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management abilities.</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul></p></p>
