We at Coforge are hiring a Duckcreek Business Analyst with Policyholder experience with the following skillset :


  • Duck Creek Expertise: Hands-on experience with Policyholder module; understanding of Policy and Producer modules.
  • Insurance Domain Knowledge: Policy lifecycle, customer data management, agent hierarchy, commission structures.
  • BA Skills: Requirements elicitation, user story writing, process modelling (BPMN).
  • Technical Understanding: Data mapping, API/batch integrations, SQL basics.
  • Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart.
