<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Roska DBO Inc. is seeking an <b>Electrical Coordinator </b>to join our team in Grande Prairie. This role is ideal for a <b>Journeyman Electrician</b> who’s ready to take their expertise beyond the tools—combining commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational optimization with leadership and coordination responsibilities.<br><br>We welcome electricians who have strong knowledge of mechanical systems and are eager to work in a <b>multi-discipline environment</b>. If you can mentor others, lead commissioning activities, and support operational readiness, this position will give you both hands-on work and strategic influence.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Lead commissioning and start-up of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems</li><li>Troubleshoot SCADA systems, electrical distribution, and facility power systems</li><li>Support operational optimization projects alongside mechanical and operations teams</li><li>Provide mentorship and technical guidance to maintenance and operations personnel</li><li>Develop and review electrical SOPs, maintenance manuals, and readiness documentation</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, safety, and compliance</li></ul><br /><b>Qualifications</b><ul><li>Journeyman Electrician certification (Red Seal preferred)</li><li>Strong electrical expertise with solid working knowledge of mechanical systems</li><li>Oil & Gas industry experience, including SCADA and plant systems</li><li>Experience in facility commissioning, start-up, and equipment testing</li><li>Effective communicator and problem solver with mentoring ability</li><li>Ability to work across disciplines and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract</li><li>Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening</li></ul><br />Roska DBO Inc. is a customer-focused operations company with a 30-year track record offering expertise in production and equipment solutions on well sites and facilities.
