Their customers include some of the most innovative manufacturers in the world—EV charging systems, mobile devices, aerospace equipment, and more.</p><p>Due to internal advancement, we are hiring an <b>Electrical Engineering Manager</b> to lead a high-performing team of engineers and integrators across Burlington, Maple Grove, and Silicon Valley.</p><p>This is a role for someone who loves leadership and staying close to the technology.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Why This Role Matters</b></p><p>You’re not inheriting problems — you’re stepping into a department that is already producing, but needs <b>a strong, technical leader</b> to unlock the next level of scale and capability.</p><p>There is <b>clear upward mobility</b>, including succession paths into Director or cross-functional leadership.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You’ll Lead + Own</b></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of <b>10–12 Electrical Engineers and Integrators</b></li><li>Own electrical design + system integration for complex test systems</li><li>Balance resources across <b>multiple simultaneous projects (10–15 at any time)</b></li><li>Collaborate with mechanical and software engineering groups</li><li>Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders</li><li>Implement tools, best practices, and process improvements</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><p>✅ Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)</p><p>✅ 10+ years in electrical engineering + 3+ years managing engineers</p><p>✅ Experience with <b>test systems / functional electrical test integration</b></p><p>✅ Strong communication + conflict resolution (empathetic but assertive)</p><p>✅ Ability to lead through shifting priorities and fast-moving deliverables</p><p><br></p><p><b>Nice to have:</b></p><ul><li>Aerospace / automotive / EV / medical device experience</li><li>Experience with ISO 9001, NIST 800-171, or similar standards</li></ul>
