Job Description <p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p><b>Job Description </b> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> </p> <p><br /><b>What is the opportunity? </b> </p> <p>The Colleague Technology Engineering – eMessaging Senior Engineer is responsible for the ongoing support and day to day operations of our email infrastructure. </p> <p><b>What will you do? </b> </p><ul><li><p>You will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining our email infrastructure. </p> </li><li><p>Assists in implementing and supporting hardware, software and telephony systems which provide the infrastructure for Customer Support. </p> </li><li><p>Align systems and services with regulatory and business requirements. </p> </li><li><p>Run reports to demonstrate alignment with regulatory and business requirements and resolve discrepancies. </p> </li><li><p>Support solutions utilizing existing technologies that align with business unit functionality and compliance. </p> </li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, application owners, testers, user-experience, security, audit, and compliance. </p> </li><li><p>Continuously improve processes and procedures based on regulatory requirements or platform feature and functionality changes. </p> </li> </ul> <p><b>What do you need to succeed? </b> </p><p><b>Must have:<br /> </b> </p><ul><li><p>5+ years of related experience in email infrastructure support. </p> </li><li><p>Prior experience with ProofPoint Email Security. </p> </li><li><p>In depth and current technical knowledge of email systems and related technologies (Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, etc.) and concepts (e.G., mail routing, mail hygiene, secure mail, etc.) </p> </li><li><p>In depth knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure AD. </p> </li><li><p>In depth knowledge of messaging and collaborative computing technologies. </p> </li><li><p>Working knowledge of networking, TLS, and DNS. </p> </li><li><p>Working knowledge of internet technologies and protocols. </p> </li> </ul> <p><b>Nice-to-have </b>:<br /> </p><ul><li><p>Experience in a highly regulated environment. </p> </li><li><p>Ability to manage technical escalations and troubleshoot effectively. </p> </li><li><p>Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses. </p> </li> </ul> <p><b>What’s in it for you? </b> </p> <p>We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
