This strategic role is instrumental in elevating equipment reliability, optimizing industrial infrastructure, and implementing best-in-class maintenance practices to enhance uptime, operational resilience, and asset performance.</p><p>The ideal candidate will combine <strong>strong leadership, deep expertise in reliability engineering</strong>, and a passion for <strong>digital transformation</strong> across maintenance and infrastructure functions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the enterprise-wide <strong>Maintenance Excellence and Reliability Transformation</strong> strategy</li><li>Execute a <strong>3-year roadmap</strong> across People, Process, and Technology</li><li>Chair the <strong>Maintenance Excellence Steering Committee</strong> and provide executive-level reporting</li><li>Develop, maintain, and track maturity through the <strong>Maintenance Excellence Index (MEI)</strong></li><li>Lead <strong>predictive maintenance programs</strong> and drive asset lifecycle optimization</li><li>Implement <strong>RCA, FMEA, digital twins, and advanced reliability tools</strong></li><li>Oversee <strong>industrial infrastructure systems</strong> (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural)</li><li>Guide infrastructure upgrades aligned with <strong>operational resilience objectives</strong></li><li>Standardize and optimize <strong>CMMS functionality and data integrity</strong></li><li>Integrate CMMS with <strong>MES/SCADA</strong> for improved real-time visibility</li><li>Drive <strong>work order, PM, and asset management best practices</strong></li><li>Ensure compliance with <strong>safety, environmental, and regulatory standards</strong></li><li>Champion a culture of <strong>continuous improvement, TPM, and proactive maintenance</strong></li><li>Mentor engineering and maintenance professionals to build <strong>technical capability</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering</strong></li><li><strong>7+ years</strong> of experience in reliability, maintenance, or infrastructure management</li><li><strong>3+ years</strong> of leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments</li><li>Proven expertise in <strong>TPM, asset management, and reliability engineering</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>CMMS standardization, implementation, and optimization</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>predictive maintenance technologies</strong></li><li>Knowledge of <strong>infrastructure systems and capital project management</strong></li><li>Lean Six Sigma <strong>Black Belt</strong> or equivalent (preferred)</li><li>Excellent <strong>analytical, communication, and leadership skills</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why This Role</strong></p><p> This is a <strong>high-impact leadership opportunity</strong> with visibility across engineering, operations, and executive teams.
