Your practice will include <b>wills, trusts, incapacity planning, guardianship, and probate</b>, with opportunities to build long term client relationships and a strong professional profile.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Advise clients on asset distribution, incapacity planning, and health care directives</li><li>Provide clear, strategic legal advice on estate planning and administration options</li><li>Draft and review customized wills, trusts, and related estate documents</li><li>Collaborate with financial advisors, tax professionals, and family members on comprehensive estate planning</li><li>Assist clients with beneficiary designations and trust creation (revocable and irrevocable)</li><li>Manage estate administration matters, including probate applications and court processes</li><li>Advise fiduciaries and beneficiaries on their legal rights and obligations</li><li>Oversee estate administration tasks, including asset collection, debt and tax settlements, and distributions</li><li>Ensure compliance with Law Society of Ontario rules and best practices</li><li>Efficiently manage files, deadlines, and client communication.</li></ul><li><br></li><p><b>What You Bring</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>5+ years' experience</b> in estate planning and administration</li><li>Strong analytical, advocacy, and client management skills</li><li>Ability to manage files independently and exercise sound judgment</li><li>Business acumen with an interest in client development and long term growth</li><li>Member in good standing with the <b>Law Society of Ontario</b></li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Why Join Sabio Law LLP</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>Competitive base compensation</b> ( range $100,000-$130,000) with bonus potential.
