We are looking to hire a <strong>Executive Assistant </strong>to join their team on a contract basis of 12 months, which has the possibility of extension.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics</li><li>Prepare, edit, and maintain PowerPoint presentations, reports, and correspondence</li><li>Process expense reports using Concur and assist with budget tracking as needed</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders at all levels</li><li>Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to support shifting business priorities and team needs</li><li>Monitor deadlines, manage competing priorities, and respond promptly to scheduling changes or travel adjustments</li><li>Support special projects and assist with event planning and coordination</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 6 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, with proven success supporting multiple executives</li><li>Completed post-secondary education</li><li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel</li><li>Experience using expense processing softwares is an asset</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>High emotional intelligence, professional decorum, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset</li><li>Flexibility to work overtime and respond to urgent changes in schedule or travel plans</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
