We specialize in placing short-term and seasonal employees, allowing you control over your schedule and a chance to explore a multitude of projects.</p><p>We are seeking experienced <strong>Construction Supervisors</strong> with both facility and pipeline construction expertise to oversee complex construction projects in the oil & gas and industrial sectors. This role involves managing construction crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate construction activities for facility and pipeline projects </li><li>Oversee both above-ground facility construction and pipeline <span >installation/maintenance</span></li><li>Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across diverse project types</li><li>Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety protocols</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors</li><li>Monitor quality control and ensure work meets specifications for both facility and pipeline work</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports</li><li>Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of construction supervision experience</li><li><strong>Combined experience in both facility construction AND pipeline projects</strong></li><li><strong></strong>Oil & gas or industrial construction background required</li><li>Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and pipeline schematics</li><li>Experience with project management software</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>Supervision of pipeline installation, maintenance, and integrity projects</li><li>Facility construction including processing plants, compressor stations, and pump stations</li><li>Experience with flare stack maintenance and industrial shutdowns</li><li>Knowledge of pipeline welding and inspection processes</li><li>Familiarity with both greenfield and brownfield construction projects</li></ul><p><strong>Required Certifications:</strong></p><ul><li>H2S Alive</li><li>Standard First Aid & CPR - Level C</li><li>Common Safety Orientation</li><li>Additional safety certifications as required by project</li><li>Drug and alcohol testing and a criminal record check may be required</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong></strong>Ability to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights</li><li>Comfortable working in confined spaces and around heavy equipment</li><li>Travel is required and certain jobs may be eligible for Living Out Allowance</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive wages</li><li>Flexible scheduling options</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-profile projects with industry leaders</li></ul><p><em><em>We appreciate and thank all applicants in advance for their interest in Sideworx Connect, however, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
