<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><p><strong>Family Law Clerk </strong></p><p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p>Our Client is a busy Family Law Firm based in Vancouver and they are looking to hire a fulltime Family Law Clerk with a minimum 2 years experience to join their firm.</p><p></p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>In this new role you will be responsible required to draft legal documents and correspondence, liaising with various clients. You will also provide legal support within the firm. In this new role you will be required to prepare documents such as marriage contracts, separation agreements, Wills, Affidavits, conference briefs and disclosures, among others;</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>What you will need to succeed</strong></p><p>To be considered for this position, you will require 2+ years of relevant family law experience Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent Expertise in DivorceMate and PCLaw. You will bring with you a strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving. You should be confident in communicating with lawyers, clients, court staff, etc. You should also have strong organization and document/file management skills.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you will get in return</strong></p><p>This is a great firm with a very positive work environment.
