The <strong>ideal candidates will bring experience in Family Law/Estate Planning/Civil Litigation </strong> considered a strong asset. We are looking for motivated professionals ready to make an immediate impact-no existing client base is required. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Manage a caseload in family law/Estate planning/Civil litigation matters including separation, divorce, custody/access, child/spousal support, property division, and related litigation </p> </li><li><p>Represent clients in court and/or alternative dispute resolution settings </p> </li><li><p>Draft pleadings, affidavits, agreements, and correspondence </p> </li><li><p>Provide legal advice with clarity and empathy </p> </li><li><p>Collaborate with other team members on multifaceted legal issues when needed </p> </li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong> </p><ul><li><p>License in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario </p> </li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in Family Law/Estate Planning/Civil Litigation </p> </li><li><p>Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills </p> </li><li><p>Self-motivated with the ability to manage files independently </p> </li><li><p>A team-oriented mindset and a client-focused approach </p> </li> </ul> </p>Company Description<p>W3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
