<p><h3>About Our Client</h3>
<p>Our client is sourcing a Senior Manager, Finance Modernization for a 24-month contract.</p>
<h3>About the Opportunity</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead the implementation of Finance ERP system, ensuring alignment with financial processes and operational goals.</li>
<li>Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure ERP solutions meet Finance needs.</li>
<li>Analyse and document existing financial processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implement digital enhancement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate ERP functionality with the company’s finance objectives.</li>
<li>Foster collaboration across finance, IT, System Integrator, and business teams to ensure alignment and accountability in achieving transformation goals.</li>
<li>Ensure that financial processes are documented and designed to scale with the company’s operational needs.</li>
<li>Stay informed of industry trends to introduce innovative practices and tools for finance transformation.</li>
</ul>
<h3>About You</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>Professional designations such as CPA, CA is required.</li>
<li>Robust FP&A expertise, including financial planning, forecasting, and data analysis.</li>
<li>Expertise in financial data modelling.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience as a finance practitioner (e.g., controller, finance manager) with exposure to ERP systems.</li>
<li>Proven ability to optimize financial processes and implement practical solutions within large organizations.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of finance processes and strong analytical skills.</li>
<li>Ability to translate business requirements into actionable steps for ERP system implementations.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical teams.</li>
<li>8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business operations.</li>
