The organization has earned Accreditation for its outstanding patient care standards, has been recognized among Canada's Best Managed Companies, certified as a Great Place to Work due to its friendly work environment, received the Consumer Choice Award for diagnostic imaging clinics, acknowledged among Canada's Top Growing Companies, and has been honored as one of the Best Places to Work in HealthCare.</p><p>Employment Status: Full Time - Permanent</p><p>Work Location: Calgary</p><p>Reporting to: Director of Finance</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>· Analyze financial data and generate meaningful insights to support business decisions.</p><p>· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.</p><p>· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across clinical and administrative departments.</p><p>· Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements for cost-efficiency and effectiveness.</p><p>· Monitor revenue cycles and reimbursement trends to identify financial risks and opportunities.</p><p>· Collaborate with operations, clinical, and administrative teams to align financial strategies with</p><p>organizational goals.</p><p>· Support audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance requirements.</p><p>· Maintain financial models and track key performance indicators (KPIs).</p><p>· Manage KPI reporting to monitor financial and strategic outcomes.</p><p>· Ownership of private pay revenue streams, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reconciliation.</p><p>· Provide oversight of Alberta Health billings to support compliance and operational effectiveness.</p><p>· <br>Prepare and maintain audit ready billing documentation to support internal and external</p><p>review processes.</p><p>Qualifications & Requirements:</p><p>· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (Master's preferred).</p><p>· years' experience in financial analysis, preferably within healthcare or a similar regulated industry.</p><p>· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software and data visualization tools.</p><p>· Knowledge of healthcare billings, insurance claims, and regulatory standards is an asset.</p><p>· Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p><p>· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.</p><p>Our Client offers an excellent remuneration package including competitive wages, medical and dental benefits, training & development assistance, various corporate discounts, unique benefits, and referral bonuses.</p>Create Your Resume First
